Ms. Datta is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She has worked in various organisational environments right from small not for profit firms to large MNC’s. Starting out as a market research and strategy specialist with Nielsen India, she went on to garner mainstream sales and marketing experience in India’s real estate, energy and infrastructure sector. At Tooltech she is responsible for framing the overall corporate strategy and also oversees corporate communication.
Mr, Palve is an engineer with over 20 years experience in pulp machinery / equipment, ship and port equipment’s. He is also experienced in Jigs, fixture and progressive tools design.
He has been with Tooltech over the last 14 years leading pulp equipment projects from last for our Swedish client.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER & TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION HEAD
Mr. Shah is a mechanical engineer 21 years in the engineering of automotive lines. He has vast exposure of working with various European clients. At Tooltech he has been working for the past 16 years for paper machinery automation, panelboard machinery design and is currently handling a large team of engineers for production documentation of automotive lines for multiple clients.
Mr. Kulkarni is a Mechanical engineer. He has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of product design and development across verticals including manufacturing industries, automotive line builders and more. He has been with Tooltech since 2005 where he has worked on and led many teams in heavy structural equipment, earth moving vehicles, material handling equipment, paper machinery, automation and welding SPMS.
Mr. Sangave, a mechanical engineer is an experienced project manager with 18 years’ experience and a demonstrated history of working in the general engineering, new technology projects and automotive industry. He has been with Tooltech over 10 years where he has worked and been involved in a wide spectrum of activities including project management, SAP data management and detail engineering and more.
Mr. Dhage, a mechanical engineer is an experienced project manager with 16 years’ experience and a demonstrated history of working in the paper and pulp as well as heavy industry. He has been with Tooltech over 13 years where he has worked and been involved in a wide array of projects in the paper & pulp, veneer and the steel making industry .
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the field of Industrial and factory automation. She is experienced in Eplan electric P8 for schematic design of CNC and PLC based machines. At Tooltech she leads a highly skilled team of Eplan electrical schematic designers.
Ms. Patil is an MBA(Marketing) and also has Masters in Life Sciences from Pune University. She has worked in various businesses domains across the technology, engineering, finance and life sciences domain . She has been with Tooltech since the past 11 years and is responsible for framing the overall business development and corporate communications strategy.
Ms. Gallani is an Electronics engineer. She comes with 28 years of work experience across just 4 firms; mostly in the Gulf area. She has worked in diverse environments ranging from MNC’s such as PWC and mid-sized innovative tech companies. \ At Tooltech she is responsible for HR where she manages all HR activities such as employee welfare, recruitment, performance appraisal, implementation of a human resource management system for India.
Dr. Miniyar is Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship Development. He has wide professional experience of teaching in educational institutes. He Designed, developed and implemented marketing and sales campaigns, employee incentive programs and contests for own and working organizations. Also established and improved client communications, maintained ongoing relationships is a strong area of experience. At Tooltech he is responsible for building the strategies for alliance, corporate connect and framing the overall corporate communication specially with the Government Departments.
Mr. Datir has completed his Chartered Accountancy course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013. He began his career as a Sr. Finance Officer at a construction company, where he was looking after the financial activities for various construction projects of the company. At Tooltech heads the accounts department and is in charge of controlling all the activities related to accounts and finance including MIS for management, budgeted cash flow for all the group companies, finalization of accounts, consolidation of accounts, monthly payroll processing, coordination with auditor etc.
